1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted for damaged or defective rosaries only.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Process

If approved, returns must be shipped back unused, in original packaging.

3. Refunds & Replacements

We will either replace the items or issue a store credit/refund.

Customized, special orders, or bulk-made-to-order rosaries are non-returnable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
